I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic and offers some great views, I unfortunately got food poisoning from the grill in the south tower, which really put a damper on my stay. The rooms were nice and spacious but were located in a smoking section, which wasn't ideal. Overall, the service was friendly, but my requests for room accommodations were overlooked.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The views from the rooms were stunning, and the location by the Colorado River was beautiful. However, I was disappointed to find that the room didn’t come with a microwave, which made things a bit challenging with my two young kids. Service was okay, but I don't think I would come back to Nevada.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, I encountered some unfortunate issues with cleanliness in my room, including finding live bugs in the towels. The location was decent but not particularly impressive. Overall, it felt like there were some positives, but the negatives really affected my stay.

Rooms

The room looked fairly clean at first glance, but I was disappointed to find live bugs crawling in the bath towels, which led me to file a claim. The noise from the kitchen vents was constant, and there were issues with the lights and TV not working.
Service

The service was hit-or-miss. While the staff was friendly and helped me learn how to play some games, it took way too long to get our rooms ready and to receive our baggage.

The hotel offers a great location right by the river, which is perfect for exploring the area. However, the service was quite disappointing as I had a frustrating experience with staff who couldn't locate my reservation and were unhelpful. The rooms felt a bit smoke-stained, which was a letdown, but overall, I enjoyed my stay due to the convenient location and value for money.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was great and the staff tried their best, I was really disappointed with the room conditions and the cleanliness. The amenities weren't well maintained, and it just didn't feel welcoming enough, especially with the smoke smell lingering. So, while there were some positives, it definitely needs improvement in a few key areas.

The rooms felt like they were falling apart and definitely had a strong lingering smell of cigarette smoke. They didn't clean the room every day even with the sign up for service, which was a letdown.
Service

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to nature and family-oriented spots, but I did notice some security concerns in the parking lot which took away from the comfort of the location.

6.8/10

The hotel had a good size and nicely decorated room with a modern look, which was very comfortable. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired, as the room went back to smelling like an ashtray. The service was a bit hit or miss; while the housekeeping staff were polite and efficient, there were issues with the cleanliness in the rooms. The location was convenient for our family, but the value for money could be improved. Overall, it's a decent place but not ideal if you're looking for a spotless environment.

5.0/10

The hotel is located in a somewhat dingy area with low ceilings and could use better security, especially in the parking lots. My room was okay but quite noisy due to being near the kitchen vents and elevator shaft. On the plus side, the staff was friendly, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The dining options seemed reasonably varied for breakfast, but it felt overpriced for the quality. Overall, it's not ideal but has some redeeming qualities.

Rooms
5.0
The room was okay but unfortunately located next to the kitchen vents, making it noisy with a constant smell of food. I also heard quite a lot of noise from the elevator shaft. It was not the best situation for a restful stay.
Service
5.0
The service was friendly, but they didn’t listen to my requests for room accommodations, leaving me quite disappointed. Also, housekeeping entered my room before checkout time, which was very inconvenient.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location felt a bit unsafe with experiences of attempted theft in the parking area, and the surroundings seemed dingy upon arrival and departure.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were overpriced for the quality of food offered, but there was a good variety available if you arrived early.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities seemed okay, though nothing really stood out to make my stay remarkable.
